A&D Specification Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced A&D Specification Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and specifying our high-end interior products to the architecture and design community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with interior design firms, project managers, architects, and interior designers.
  • Manage a robust project pipeline, working on some of the UK's most notable commercial developments.
  • Secure commercial specifications through partnerships with interior design practices and architects.
  • Deliver CPD presentations and host Lunch & Learn sessions to promote our products.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with A&D specifiers (architects / interior designers).
  • A solid track record of specifying interior products.
  • Polished and well-presented individual with excellent communication skills.
Package:
  • Up to £65,000 basic salary.
  • £20,000 - £50,000 OTE uncapped.
  • Company car - choice.
  • 9% pension.
  • BUPA private healthcare.
  • Life Assurance.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
