In light of our ongoing expansion, we are thrilled to announce an opportunity for a seasoned Employee Communications Executive to become part of our dynamic team during this exciting phase of growth. As a specialist in employee communications, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing the internal communications strategy for Innovate Services Ltd, ensuring operational effectiveness and supporting our leadership initiatives. Your responsibilities will include producing engaging content that resonates with employees and fortifies our organizational culture. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will ensure that all internal communications are coherent, consistent, and aligned with our corporate objectives and values. You will be joining a talented team that is genuinely contributing to the success of Innovate Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the internal communications strategy, encompassing key messages, communication platforms, and methodologies.
  • Generate and disseminate internal communications materials, including updates, newsletters, intranet content, multimedia presentations, and more.
  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders to guarantee that all internal communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's vision and values.
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of internal communications, providing recommendations for enhancements based on feedback and data analysis.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant internal communications, effectively managing the flow of information.
  • Identify and promote initiatives that enhance employee engagement and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of communications related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), as well as cultural and wellness initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain internal communication tools, ensuring they are user-friendly, secure, and aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Coordinate internal events and initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and reinforcing company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company confidentiality policies.
  • Extract and analyze key metrics from the HR system.
  • Take ownership of understanding, monitoring, and driving improvements based on your established KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in employee/internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in content creation and delivery across various formats.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience with internal communication tools is advantageous.
