Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy, focusing on key messages and effective communication channels.
  • Produce a variety of internal communications materials, including newsletters, video content, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all communications are consistent and reflect the company’s vision and values.
  • Evaluate the impact of internal communications and suggest enhancements based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant communications.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of content related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellness.
  • Manage internal communication platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate events and initiatives that foster employee engagement and enhance company culture.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics from the HR system.
  • Monitor performance against established KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in creating diverse content formats.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Familiarity with internal communication tools is advantageous.
