Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Home in Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
  • Ensure the home is a safe and welcoming environment for our young people

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a Residential Children's Home or similar setting
  • Qualifications in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts
