Job Title: Team Leader - Residential Children's Home

Location: Meldreth - Cambridgeshire / Hertfordshire

Salary: £14.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Home team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care to our young people
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our young people at all times
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure a holistic approach to care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the home

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a Residential Children's Home or similar setting
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
  • Knowledge of child care legislation and policies
