Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced General Manager - Operations to lead our operational departments and drive productivity, efficiency, and quality. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, providing leadership and support to the Manufacturing, Materials, and Quality departments.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all operational activities, including manufacturing, quality, and materials management.
- Provide leadership and support to the Manufacturing, Materials, and Quality departments.
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements through process enhancements and continuous monitoring.
- Manage and drive continuous improvements for quality and manufacturing KPIs, including supplier/customer PPM, Process Scrap, Non-Conformances, OEE, and Inventory.
- Ensure safety regulations are carefully followed to safeguard colleague health and safety and support the business values.
- Prior experience in a similar quality role within an automotive industry is desirable.
- Training as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 is preferred.
