Key Responsibilities- Lead and Guide the Clinical Team: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence, aligning clinical priorities with organisational objectives.
- Ensure High Standards of Care: Oversee Clinical Governance to drive continuous improvement, ensuring high standards of care are met, consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Mentor and Inspire the Clinical Team: Demonstrate expertise in clinical practice, resident care, and professionalism, inspiring and motivating the Clinical Team to deliver high-quality, relationship-centred care.
- Registered Qualified Nurse: Hold a valid Pin and have a minimum of 2 years of leadership/management experience within a care home environment.
- Level 5 Qualification: Hold a Level 5 qualification or be working towards achieving this to enable registration with Social Care Wales.
- Dementia Qualification: Have a dementia qualification or experience caring for residents on a dementia journey.
