The Supply Chain Operations Manager will be responsible for orchestrating the design and execution of essential operations to ensure that supply chains are established and maintained at the highest standards, improving capacity while aligning with New Product Introductions, all supported by effective cost management.
You will serve as the primary contact for logistics partners, taking charge of:
- Creating a rolling demand forecast
- Collaborating closely with external manufacturers and partners to guarantee supply flow and stock availability
Your role will also encompass the management and ongoing enhancement of supply chain processes and systems, including supplier negotiations.
This position is newly created within the organization due to growth, offering the successful Supply Chain Operations Manager the chance to build their own team as the company continues to expand, thereby making a significant impact on the business's future.
You will report directly to the board.

Required Experience:
- Extensive background in supply chain or demand planning
- Experience managing an end-to-end supply chain
- Proficiency in establishing supply chain and demand planning processes
- Knowledge of forecasting and replenishment methodologies
- Familiarity with various supply chain functions
- Experience with COGS (cost of goods sold), BOM (bill of materials), and cash to order
- Change management and continuous improvement expertise
- Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing sector is highly advantageous
