Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our Flight Operations business area. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide expert guidance and support to Managers and colleagues within the Flight Operations function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels within Flight Operations and the wider business.
  • Manage Employee Relations cases, providing accurate and timely advice, coaching Line Managers in reaching conclusions and decision-making.
  • Conduct regular base visits to support Line Managers and engage with Flight Operations colleagues.
  • Identify and escalate HR matters/queries to the appropriate level of HR Management, ensuring relevant action is taken.
  • Undertake projects to ensure key HR processes are current, maintaining a consistent and efficient service within the HR Team.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of dealing with complex Employee Relations cases.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and influence at a senior level.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
