Senior HR Advisor

This role will involve providing generalist HR advice, support, and guidance to Managers within our Flight Operations function. You'll be the first point of contact for all ER matters and will work closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure a consistent and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and build effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Flight Operations and the wider business.
- Manage ER cases, providing accurate and timely advice, and coaching Line Managers in reaching conclusions and decision-making.
- Undertake regular base visits to support Line Managers and engage with our Flight Operations colleagues.
- Identify where HR matters or queries need to be escalated and refer them to the appropriate level of HR Management.
- Undertake projects to ensure key HR processes are current and efficient.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of dealing with complex ER cases.
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and influence at a senior level.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
