Senior HR Advisor

At Jet2 and Jet2holidays, we're working together to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We're seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support our Flight Operations business area, providing expert guidance and advice to Managers and HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels within Flight Operations and the wider business.
- Manage ER cases, providing accurate and timely advice, coaching Line Managers in decision-making.
- Undertake regular base visits to support Line Managers and engage with Flight Operations colleagues.
- Identify and escalate HR matters/queries to ensure relevant action is taken.
- Undertake projects to ensure key HR processes are current, providing a consistent and efficient service within the HR Team.
- Proven track record of dealing with complex ER cases.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and influence at a senior level.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
