Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to join our Flight Operations team. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels within Flight Operations and the wider business.
- Manage employee relations cases, providing accurate and timely advice and coaching line managers in reaching conclusions and decision-making.
- Undertake regular base visits to support line managers and engage with our Flight Operations colleagues.
- Identify and escalate HR matters and queries to the appropriate level of HR management.
- Undertake projects to ensure key HR processes are current and efficient.
- Proven track record of dealing with complex employee relations cases.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and influence at a senior level.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
