About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Advisor to support our Flight Operations business area. As the first point of contact for all ER matters, you'll provide generalist HR advice, support, and guidance to Managers within our Flight Operations function. You'll also work closely with our HR Business Partner to ensure seamless support and guidance to our teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and build effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within Flight Operations and the wider business.
  • Manage ER cases with accuracy and timeliness, coaching Line Managers in reaching conclusions and decision-making.
  • Undertake regular base visits to support Line Managers and engage with our Flight Operations colleagues.
  • Identify and escalate HR matters/queries to the appropriate level of HR Management.
  • Undertake projects to ensure key HR processes are current and efficient within the HR Team.

Your Skills and Experience

  • A proven track record of dealing with complex ER cases.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and influence at a senior level.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
