We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our adult eating disorder service on a full-time or part-time basis. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and carers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients and carers, ensuring a patient-centered approach.
- Provide expert clinical leadership, developing and mentoring your team to achieve excellence in care delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including General Practitioners, hospital and community specialists, and other agencies, to ensure seamless care pathways.
- Contribute to the development of your Job Plan, ensuring a balanced and fulfilling work schedule.
- A competitive salary and a £22,500 recruitment and retention premia, paid over 3 years.
- A relocation package up to £8,000, subject to conditions.
- Protected time for research and special clinical interests.
- Access to funds for CPD and study leave allowance.
- Agile working with ICT support.
