About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to join our Transformation Department at McCarthy Stone. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful change across our business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development & Optimization: Develop a comprehensive understanding of current and future operational processes, ensuring they are documented and optimized for maximum efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with the Insights team to analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Work alongside subject matter experts to assess risks, implement process improvements, and ensure full compliance with company policies and UK regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Partner with project stakeholders to define the benefits and costs of potential changes, facilitating stakeholder buy-in and ensuring smooth change management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead the implementation of new processes, monitor project success metrics, and continuously seek opportunities for iterative improvements.

  • Communication & Facilitation: Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas and facilitate workshops with stakeholders, users, and management.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating across departments to drive business transformation.
  • Problem-Solving & Innovation: Strong problem-solving skills to think on your feet, devise solutions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Requirements
  • A university degree in information or business science.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, preferably in an operational environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with a background in complex, multi-project programmes.
  • Proficiency in business project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience in continuous improvement and process optimization.
