About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business IT Transformation Manager to join our IT Service Management team.

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week with a hybrid working pattern requiring 2 days per week in our Bournemouth office.

We offer flexible working arrangements and are happy to discuss your needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement policy and standards for Change workflows
  • Assess and manage Change impacts and risks, making informed decisions on behalf of the business
  • Act as an escalation point for Change requesters, approvers, and business stakeholders
  • Publish and manage the consolidated forward schedule of IT changes affecting the UK business
  • Induct new starters into the Change Process, ensuring adherence to policies and processes across all support, product, and development teams
  • Plan, manage, and coordinate the successful transition of IT services
  • Own and communicate service transition processes throughout the IT function
Requirements
  • ITIL Foundation and Practitioner qualifications
  • ITIL Service Transition certification
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Change Management
  • Significant IT experience in the insurance sector
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in Project and Visio
