Our client is a progressive property consultancy that provides asset management, maintenance, and development advice to institutional investors, developers, and landed estates. They offer strategic advice to ensure their clients maximize market opportunity, meet ESG targets, and comply with regulatory demands through health and safety and fire safety.
They operate from a network of offices throughout the UK and are a private-owned company that has nurtured many of their partners from graduate level.
Through client and market alignment, they are looking to grow their capability in fire safety consultancy, enhancing their advisory role to top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to understand their business demands and portfolio needs
- Develop fire safety strategies for buildings, ensuring both passive and active plans are installed
- Oversee all aspects of fire safety for their portfolio of clients and projects
- Instruct, oversee, and disseminate fire risk assessments, providing concise direction to stakeholders
- Lead and manage projects in a proactive and diligent manner
- Develop new and existing business relationships
- Manage, recruit, and train fire engineers and consultants to carry out best-in-class service
- Manage the P&L for the service, reporting to the partnership on delivery and growth plans
- You will be MRICS or FRICS
- Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety and Science
- Have a degree in building surveying, building control, or real estate
- Demonstrable track record of working within fire safety and advisory
- Salary to £130,000
- Car or travel allowance
