Job DescriptionThe Director of Artist Services is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy, A&R, new business opportunities, global marketing, and operations for the Artist Services division at Believe UK.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Contribute to company strategy, policies, organisational structure, and brand marketing to maximise business growth.
- Business Development and Commercial Strategy: Grow the business while ensuring profitability across all signings, demonstrate strong financial acumen, and apply negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Team Management and Operations: Manage and lead the Artist Services team, oversee key departments, and implement new systems and processes to optimise workflow and efficiency.
- Artist Relations: Build and maintain relationships with high-profile artists, managers, and industry executives, and develop and implement effective, artist-centric campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in leadership roles within the music industry.
- Extensive experience in business development, marketing, artist development, and digital strategy.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue growth and profitability.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to market changes.
