Job Summary:

Midas Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic sales team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue by fostering close relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of accounts, building trust and rapport with customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process customer orders, handle sales administration, and maintain accurate records of sales activity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong IT skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
