Position: Children's Home Manager
Location: Halifax
Salary: Up to £52,000
About the Role:
- We are seeking a Children's Registered Home Manager to oversee a well-established organization that delivers therapeutic care to children and adolescents in residential settings.
- The facility accommodates up to five boys aged 11-17, focusing on those with challenging behaviors and a history of emotional and behavioral difficulties.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with the Responsible Individual and Human Resources to manage, recruit, and develop the care staff.
- Your role will ensure that the service meets both company standards and OFSTED regulations, providing exceptional support to each young person.
- You will be responsible for creating an environment that fosters positive outcomes for the residents.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary of up to £50,000
- Additional £2,000 in performance-related bonuses
Contract Details:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday
- Includes on-call responsibilities
Candidate Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager
