We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to take on the role of Home Manager in one of our family-run care homes. Our homes provide excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, staffed by compassionate individuals committed to quality care.
The successful candidate will have experience managing a minimum 40-bed home specialising in dementia and general nursing. They will excel in leading teams in a person-centred environment and have experience in commissioning a new care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home
- Develop and implement care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin
- Experience with older adults
