We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children’s Registered Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing, recruiting, developing, and training the staff team in a 5-bedded residential care home for boys aged 11-17.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, recruit, develop, and train the staff team
  • Ensure the service provides company and OFSTED standard support to each young person
  • Ensure the home is set to provide positive outcomes for the young people within the home

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
  • NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
  • Deputy or Registered Manager experience

Contract:

  • Full-time, permanent contract
  • Monday - Friday
  • On-call duties

Salary:

  • Up to £52,000
  • £2,000 in bonuses
