We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurodevelopmental Specialist to join our team at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Neurodevelopmental Care Pathway team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individually tailored treatment plans for children and young people with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication with families and carers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in neurodevelopmental disorders, incorporating this knowledge into your clinical practice.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our Neurodevelopmental Care Pathway, ensuring it meets the needs of our patients and families.
- 12 years post-qualification experience in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, with significant experience in neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Full registration with the GMC and a strong understanding of the theory and practice related to neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Excellent clinical skills, using a bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
