Procurement Associate Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to join our team at CK Group- Science, Clinical and Technical. This part-time role will involve reviewing and responding to queries, facilitating calls, and maintaining reports associated with travel transactions and purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Facilitate and support inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain and produce reports associated with travel transactions and purchase orders
  • Provide invoice and resolution support for travel, corporate card, and global site-specific purchase order processes and transactions
Requirements:
  • Administration experience to a HNC level or equivalent work-related experience
  • Proficient PC skills and clear understanding of utilizing MS applications
  • Working knowledge and experience within a procurement admin function
  • High energy, self-starter, and able to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skillset

Location:

This role is based at our client's site in Bathgate and requires a part-time commitment of 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day over a 5-day working week.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.51 PAYE and a contract basis for 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our client.
