About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Tendering Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Energy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing market potential through sales and tendering activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Prepare and present sales proposals, tenders, and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
  5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales and tendering. You will have a degree or HNC/HND in Engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or tendering. You will also have a passion for sales in a technical setting, with strong communication and customer-relationship-building skills.
