Position Title: Procurement Administration Specialist

Contract Type:
  • Temporary, Office-Based with flexible working options.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Procurement Administrator to join our esteemed engineering firm on a temporary basis. This role offers flexibility in working arrangements.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks to facilitate team and office functions.

Technical Proficiency:
  • Employ various software and systems for administrative responsibilities, including email communication, presentation software, and spreadsheet applications.

Community Involvement:
  • Organize and monitor the monthly community service hours allocated to employees.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a proactive mindset towards challenges.
