**Job Title:** Deputy Recruitment Manager

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Recruitment Manager to join our team at TACT (The Adolescent & Childrens Trust). As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing and selecting top candidates for various roles within the organization
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and provide guidance on the recruitment process
  • Manage the recruitment budget and ensure that all recruitment activities are within budget
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £43,314 per annum (increasing to £48,126 in 18 months) + £750 Homeworking Allowance
  • A 35-hour working week with a permanent contract
