About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Project & Programme Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cost management services to our clients across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver full quantity surveying and cost management duties, including feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services.
  • Provide pre and post-contract advice to clients, ensuring the highest quality service delivery.
  • Guide, care, and mentor supporting staff to ensure their professional development and growth.
  • Provide high-quality MEP cost advice on complex projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Mechanical and Electrical systems, with a strong understanding of associated costs and procurement options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide high-quality cost advice and guidance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.

Security Clearance

This role may require security clearance, and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview.
