About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our Project & Programme Services team in Bristol. As a key member of our M&E cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full quantity surveying and cost management duties, including provision of pre and post contract advice.
  • Ensure the highest quality service delivery to clients, providing high-quality MEP cost advice on complex projects.
  • Guide, care, and mentor supporting staff to ensure their growth and development.

  • Technical leadership: from providing stakeholders with specialised M&E advice to broadening your legal and technical knowledge and participating in training initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Mechanical and Electrical systems, their associated costs and/or where such costs can be determined.
  • Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of MEP cost management services.
  • Ability to advise clients on key MEP cost drivers, project costs, and value engineering.
  • Feasibility and cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services.
  • Effective and efficient knowledge of a range of project procurement options.
  • Ability to work with the minimum of supervision.
  • Experienced in client, consultant & contractor-facing roles and working as a member of a busy team.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
