About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our Project & Programme Services team in Bristol. As a key member of our M&E cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full quantity surveying and cost management duties, including provision of pre and post-contract advice.
  • Provide high-quality MEP cost advice on complex projects, ensuring the highest quality service delivery to clients.
  • Guide, care, and mentor supporting staff, promoting a culture of team growth and development.
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects that meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Mechanical and Electrical systems, with a strong understanding of their associated costs and procurement options.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to advise clients on key MEP cost drivers and project costs.
  • Ability to work with the minimum of supervision, with a strong track record of delivering MEP cost management services.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
