About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our Project & Programme Services team in Bristol. As a key member of our M&E cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, education, corporate real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full quantity surveying and cost management duties, including provision of pre and post-contract advice.
  • Provide high-quality MEP cost advice on complex projects, ensuring the highest quality service delivery to clients.
  • Guide, care, and mentor supporting staff, promoting a culture of team growth and development.
Requirements
  • An enthusiastic and positive team player, with a desire to integrate and work closely with immediate and wider teams.
  • Taking seriously our standards, how we deliver our services and work with our clients.
  • Demonstrate best-in-class service delivery, with a focus on technical leadership and expertise in Mechanical and Electrical systems.
  • Experience of, or a desire to be part of our business development activity, increasing our share of client spend, accessing higher-margin work, cross-selling our services and locations.
