Senior Operations Officer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Officer to manage the day-to-day operations of our diocesan offices. The successful candidate will have excellent planning and administration skills, combined with practical problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

The role will involve ensuring that policies and practices are up to date in relation to health and safety and data protection compliance, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment for all.

This is a newly created position, grant funded by the Archbishops' Council, which will last for two years. The postholder will play a key role in enabling the wider diocesan team to deliver support to parishes through our vision to 'Grow in prayer, make new disciples and Serve the People of Devon with joy'.

Salary: £31,500 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
