Adult Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our friendly Recruitment team at Dorset County Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for events, interview days, and other recruitment activities.
This is an exciting and varied role that requires a proactive and flexible individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong background in administration and excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.
Main Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team, ensuring a responsive, accurate, and flexible service.
- Support the delivery of recruitment events and interview days.
- Provide excellent customer service to our users, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment and providing support by telephone, email, and face-to-face.
- Significant experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks and competence in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- Educated to GCSE level/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business Administration.
- Recent Human Resources administration experience.
- Recent experience of working with Microsoft Office Software in a working/academic environment.
- Recent experience of Minute taking.
- Ability and confidence to deal with people effectively and confidentially.
- Recent experience of using Electronic Staff Record (ESR).
- Evidence of effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Evidence of good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Clear understanding of the meaning of confidentiality and the requirement for this to be maintained.
- Willingness to develop skills in other office software systems.
- Evidence of the ability to handle incoming calls sensitively and efficiently.
- Evidence of ability to work as part of an effective team.
