About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workplace Support Specialist to join our team at Mayo Wynne Baxter. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Manage and coordinate client bookings, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and timely communication.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the client services team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring continuous enhancement of our services.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support for special events, conferences, and other activities, ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Assist with the maintenance of our office facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
  • Perform other duties as required, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of the team and the business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of the business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
