Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Support Specialist to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As an Accommodation Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our participants with their housing needs, working closely with probation practitioners to create tailored accommodation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalized accommodation plans that meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct initial assessments to identify risk, situation, and need, and record progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner using our case management system.
  • Maintain regular contact with participants, identifying emerging risks and concerns, and providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
Requirements
  • Experience or knowledge of accommodation legislation and policies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with participants, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the criminal justice system and its processes.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £23,000 - £24,801 per annum, dependent on experience.
