About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Director of People to join our team at Peridot Partners. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving our ambitious and exciting strategy forward, providing expert guidance across the organization, and motivating and developing our HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support business objectives
  • Lead and manage the HR team, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational change and improvement
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, with a track record of driving business results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of babies, children, and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions
