Key Responsibilities:

* Provide proactive HR guidance on change management, organisational development, and employee relations
* Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employment law, and best practices

* Manage employee relations cases, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues

Requirements:

* CIPD Level 5 qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in casework
* Proven experience leading two or more rounds of organisational change
* Expertise in handling a wide range of HR issues, including redundancy, consultations, safeguarding, and dismissals
* Experience in a multi-site, unionised environment with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
