As a key member of our architecture team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cloud Architecture
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based architectures using container technologies such as VMware Tanzu, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage, and security configurations.
Enterprise Application Development
  • Lead the development of enterprise-scale Java Spring/Spring Boot Spring Cloud services, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications.
Legacy Modernization
  • Develop and implement strategies for modernizing legacy applications, including migration to microservices architectures, performance tuning, and application monitoring.
  • Conduct cost-benefit risk analysis to ensure optimal solutions.
API Design and Security
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs using Swagger and OpenAPI 3.0, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
  • Implement API security standards, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, OpenID, SAML, and two-way SSL.
CI/CD and DevOps
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Jira, ServiceNow, and GitHub.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous monitoring.
Domain-Driven Design and Agile Methodologies
  • Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to develop robust, maintainable, and scalable software systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, and XP.
Healthcare Industry Expertise (Preferred)
  • Understanding of EDI transactions, X12 data formats, and secure file transfers.
  • Knowledge of health payer regulations, including HIPAA, and interoperability exchange formats like HL7 and FHIR.
Leadership and Soft Skills
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to make decisions, influence, and take accountability, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of technology experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect for multiple projects.
  • Strong experience with container technologies, preferably VMware Tanzu or Kubernetes-based container technologies.
  • Prior development background in Java Spring/Spring Boot Spring Cloud services.
  • Prior experience in modernizing legacy applications, migrating monolithic code to microservices architectures, and performance tuning.
  • Working experience with NoSQL technologies, relational databases, and API security standards.
  • Knowledge of design standards, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.
