As a Data Solution Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing cloud-based data platforms, leveraging your expertise in AWS services such as Redshift, S3, Glue, Kinesis, and Lambda. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure cloud-based data architectures using AWS services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data solutions, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and operational procedures.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the cloud computing and data analytics space.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML insights, business intelligence, data warehousing, platforms, and applications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Solution/Data Architect on cloud platforms (AWS is highly desirable).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with ETL/ELT design and development using tools like Talend, Informatica, AWS Glue, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with database architecture using relational SQL (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with programming in Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience building applications with serverless architecture on AWS platforms using Athena, Glue, EC2, Lambda, Kinesis, etc.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with large-scale data processing platforms such as Spark, EMR, and/or HPC computing experience with e.g., Apache Aurora, Slurm.
  • Strong database architecture, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities along with an ability to handle ambiguous and evolving requirements.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with building solutions using tools like Vizio and Miro.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and general service-oriented architectures.
  • Experience with DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery technologies is desirable.
  • AWS Solution Architect certification (associate & above) is highly desirable.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
