Job Description

At Hue Recruitment, our client is a family-run business with over 30 years of experience in the commercial equipment maintenance and repair industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and service agreement renewals.
  • Manage the schedule of a team of engineers and respond to emergency calls from customers.
  • Create cases and work orders for repair and maintenance, and assign jobs to service engineers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, field engineers, and field sales teams to provide clear and concise information about the status of inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a team player attitude.
  • Strong understanding of financial figures and numeracy, with proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft.
  • Good time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask to manage workload.
