Office Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and confident Office Manager to join our team at Anthony Knight Recruitment. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing facilities, and providing administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office spaces, coordinate external services, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training, lead appraisals, and manage staff records.
  • Information Technology: Act as the primary contact for IT, manage relationships with suppliers, and ensure smooth integration of new technologies.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with the Projects Manager on implementing IT systems and office improvements, lead projects such as upgrading hardware and replacing case management systems.

Key Skills and Experience: Strong IT skills, familiarity with office management and project leadership, ability to communicate effectively across all levels, confidence and problem-solving skills to handle diverse challenges, and experience with legal accounts and Solicitors' Accounts Rules (advantageous).

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility for occasional remote work. You'll be joining a highly regarded firm, offering a friendly and professional environment. The firm is recognized by Chambers UK and Legal 500, with a strong reputation for excellence.
