Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Mission 4 Recruitment Ltd. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports and presentations
  • Manage the office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in good working order
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff members
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
