1. Sales Performance
Guarantees an extraordinary and memorable client experience during transactions. Masterfully navigates the sales process (welcome, discover, understand, persuade, close, and nurture). Adjusts approach based on client needs and motivations. Continuously seeks to enhance and delight the client experience. Handles negotiations and objections with confidence. Communicates the passion and ethos of the Maison. Serves as the primary contact for clients regarding after-sales inquiries. Achieves both individual and boutique performance goals, encompassing quantitative and qualitative metrics.2. Client Engagement & Portfolio Growth
Fosters robust client relationships and cultivates loyalty. Effectively expands the client portfolio. Implements targeted CRM initiatives. Participates in client events, embodying the spirit of the Maison.3. Boutique Management
Adheres to all brand and boutique policies and protocols. Engages in inventory management. Assists in the setup and takedown during boutique opening and closing. Contributes to the execution of Visual Merchandising standards. Supports special projects as needed. Performs administrative and stockroom duties as required.WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE WITH US?
A demonstrated history of success in a luxury retail setting. A background focused on sales targets and results. Exceptional customer service skills. Experience engaging effectively with diverse nationalities and cultures. Proficiency in English; ideally fluent in one or more relevant tourist languages (European, Arabic, Chinese). Competent in IT applications. A strong communicator with empathy and excellent interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a proactive entrepreneurial mindset. A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
