Luxury Cashier Job Description

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a renowned luxury retailer to find a skilled Luxury Cashier for a prestigious Luxury Brand based in either their Flagship Boutique on Bond Street or Harrods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to high-value clients and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Manage cash payments, currencies, credit cards, and cheques, ensuring compliance with company procedures and tax regulations.
  • Process billing and credit notes according to local regulations.
  • Handle down payments, returns, refunds, issuance of coupons, giveaways, and credit notes to customers, following company guidelines.
  • Verify and respect company guidelines by consulting IT systems.
  • Manage correspondence payments via credit card or bank transfer, liaising with administration for necessary verifications.
  • Provide deposit slips and enrich the client database.
  • Perform secretary activities to support the store and address ad-hoc requests from the Store Manager.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Cashier in a luxury boutique is ideal but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills.
  • Detail-oriented, precise, reliable, and able to manage stress.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.
