Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Service:

\u2022 Greet customers promptly and warmly upon entering the store.
\u2022 Understand and cater to the unique needs of luxury clientele.
\u2022 Offer personalized styling advice and product knowledge.
\u2022 Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, following up on past purchases and recommending new items.
\u2022 Handle customer complaints and returns gracefully and professionally.
\u2022 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

* Sales:

\u2022 Drive sales by understanding current jewelry trends and what appeals to the store\u2019s target clientele.
\u2022 Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of stones and jewelry and the store\u2019s product line, designers, and unique selling points.
\u2022 Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store\u2019s profitability.
\u2022 Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
\u2022 Follow and achieve store\u2019s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
\u2022 Cross sell products (jewelry and fashion)

* Store Operations:

\u2022 Ensure merchandise is appropriately safe and displayed and the store is well-maintained.
\u2022 Restock items as needed and maintain inventory accuracy.
\u2022 Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the store\u2019s point-of-sale system.
\u2022 Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.
\u2022 Comply with inventory control procedures.

* Merchandising:

\u2022 Assist in visual merchandising, setting up displays, and organizing store layout.
\u2022 Collaborate with management and other team members to maintain store aesthetics in line with brand standards.

* Personal Development:

\u2022 Attend workshops, training, and jewelry events to stay updated with the latest trends and brands in luxury fashion.
\u2022 Continually enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
\u2022 Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
\u2022 Build productive trust relationships with customers.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail Management
* Excellent English - verbal and written
