About the Role:

As a Care Enrichment Coordinator at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional care and support for our residents. You will be responsible for working closely with our community engagement team to develop community links and showcase our care home. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating our social media platforms to promote our services and engage with our community.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be warm, empathetic, and personable. Your organisational skills and driven mindset will enable you to manage multiple tasks and make things happen. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire our residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the care home and in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Work closely with our community engagement team to develop community links and partnerships.
  • Update our social media platforms to promote our services and engage with our community.
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure that our residents receive exceptional care and support.
