We are seeking a skilled Project Engineering Leader to join our team at LM Wind Power / GE. As a key member of our Northern European Grid Solutions Business, you will be responsible for leading the engineering activities of our projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Instruct, supervise, coordinate, and lead the engineering activities of the project, adhering to safety, quality, time delivery, and cost criteria.
* Serve as the technical lead for electrical design and engineering of large energy projects, including preparing specifications, leading on deviations and clarifications, attending FATs and SATs.
* Manage the global time schedule of concerned engineering activities, ensuring coherency with other project functions activities (procurement, construction, commissioning).
* Plan and manage delivery time of technical interfaces with your work package, putting in place exchange interface sheets with partners, customer, and third-party contractors.
* Ensure on-time delivery of design to stakeholders with suitable quality, including Partner documents.

**Requirements:**

* Engineering degree level or equivalent education/experience
* Experience of Engineering activities as lead engineer in EPC type environment
* Successful experience in project technical management in a multi-disciplinary team's context, including multiple interfaces and with products coming from several countries
* Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
* Knowledge of GIS systems is beneficial
