About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team at JP Engineering. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading projects and undertaking detailed drawing, design, calculation, and specification reporting of Mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Autonomous leading of projects, ensuring all bespoke project requirements are conducted in line with relevant building codes, British Standards, and regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining technical reports, client updates, and project documentation from inception to project handover.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
Requirements
  • Relevant Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree or further education qualification.
  • Previous experience operating within Building Services Consultant, M&E Contractor, or similar position.
  • Knowledge of industry-recognised Mechanical software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and calculation tools.
