About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team at GBA5 EntServ UK Limited. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective execution of our Change Management process, ensuring that all changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented with minimal disruption to our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Governance and Ownership: Ensure the overall effectiveness and execution of the Change Management process for our customers. This includes ensuring the creation and maintenance of account process documentation, obtaining approvals from Regional Process Leads, and ensuring compliance with processes, policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Process Execution: Manage changes through the lifecycle, including process compliance and assisting in the mitigation of conflicts or escalations associated with changes. This includes analyzing change records, identifying process improvement opportunities, and recommending normal changes as standard change candidates.
  • Key Deliverables and Measures: Ensure that all changes are correctly categorized, verified, and dispatched. Produce a Change Schedule that is up-to-date and made available to stakeholders. Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews for failed, emergency, and successful changes, and ensure that all changes causing incidents have a completed Post-Implementation Review and an agreed action plan executed as planned.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: University degree and relevant industry experience is considered an advantage. Demonstrated operational outsourcing and service management experience, ability to provide high-quality solutions in a short timeframe.
  • Technical Skills: ITIL expertise, Process Tool(s) understanding or knowledge of tools supporting the process, e.g., ServiceNow, Service Manager. Process & Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Data Analysis, Problem Resolution, Risk Management, General Project Management, Business Analysis, General Financial Management, English Spoken and Written Skills, Business and Organizational knowledge, Service Portfolio Knowledge, MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: Communication, Structure thinking, Customer Focus, Diplomacy, Diversity.
