You will also play a key role in mentoring team members and streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Our engineers are dedicated to collaborating with clients through troubleshooting, monitoring, and refining solutions, all while prioritizing customer experience and adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

This position includes a shift allowance due to the nature of the work schedule, offering flexibility to accommodate various hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as a primary contact for the organization during off-hours, ensuring support is available 24/7.
  • Assist in disaster recovery testing across diverse virtual platforms.
  • Address and remediate security vulnerabilities identified by the compliance team.
  • Execute scheduled maintenance and change management tasks outside of regular hours.
  • Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Linux and Windows servers.
  • Contribute to the innovation and development of new and enhanced products.
  • Expand your knowledge and expertise across a wide range of technologies.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver technical support for infrastructure services, addressing issues and assisting with tasks.

• Participate in the execution of infrastructure projects and assignments.

• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure reliability and performance.

• Collaborate with the team to improve infrastructure effectiveness and resolve technical challenges.

• Aid in the creation of infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and configuration records.

• Utilize technical knowledge to tackle infrastructure-related challenges.

• Adhere to established best practices and standards in service delivery.

• Apply technical skills to resolve infrastructure issues and incidents.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Typically, 4+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years in a similar capacity.

• Demonstrated experience in infrastructure technology analysis.

• Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge.

• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.

Other Qualifications:

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
